Candy Cane KIDS FUN

Kids can take part in the 7th Annual Candy Cane Kids Fun Run at 8:30am and then come inside to enjoy a whole slew of kids’ activities to include our Jingle Bell Kids’ Shoppe where the little ones can do their holiday shopping in their own special shop!

 

We've got a great lineup of fun activities! Join us in supporting the South County Swim and Dive Team at the 7th Annual Candy Cane Fun Run for kids age 12 and under. Santa arrives on a Lorton Volunteer Fire Truck at 8:20am and will kick off the race at 8:30am. The big guy in red will be available for a free photo op following the race! Our Candy Cane Kids' Fun Package includes the Fun Run and a shopping trip in the Kids' Jingle Bell Shoppe!

8:20am Santa arrives on a LVFD Truck!

8:30am FUN RUN BEGINS

9:00am Runners go inside the Lorton Holiday Extravaganza to pick up the Race giveaway and participate in additional kids' activities.

• There is no rain date or refunds.

• Walkup registrations will be accepted the day of the race, but the Jingle Bell Finishers' Award and Race Giveaway are only guaranteed for those registered by Nov. 15.

 

The Candy Cane Kids' Fun Package ($22) includes:

The Jingle Bell Holiday Kids' Shoppe allows kids 12 and under to do their own holiday shopping. With the assistance of SCHS student helpers, kids can shop for items for everyone on their holiday gift list. Each item is $8. This is an opportunity for kids to learn about the shopping experience! Each item will be bagged and ready for gift-giving. 
 
Santa will be available for photos in the Gym from 10:00a-12noon. 
 
One complimentary adult admission ticket comes with a Candy Cane Kids Fun Package or a Candy Cane Kids Fun Run ticket purchase.
 
Admission to the Extravaganza is:
$3 General Admission
$2 Students & Senior Citizens
FREE - Kids 12 and under, all FCPS teachers and staff, all Military and Veteran families
